Lol. So true. I’ll write one about the ‘great’ (annual) flood of the wetlands along the rails to trails in Ohio. Got some very interesting footage including muskrats a large snake and an active whirlpool.

Cori, I can understand your love for nature! These photos tell a whole story by themselves! Your writing is so clever and your humor is delightful! I've loved reading this!

What a lovely walk through the woods. We don’t have those type of thick forests in California filled with walking paths. Being amazed by the beautiful victories on the East Coast. Especially Pennsylvania is still very rural and accessible. Thank you for sharing this one!✨💖✨

You’re welcome. Interestingly the next time walked that trail there was NO chimney to be found at that pond. We were stunned and a little creeped out. Maybe the villains completely relocated their lair? Lol

Cori, you have a more vivid imagination than even I do...Keep going, please! Also, even though i grew up in evergreen Pine forests of southern Oregon, you could not persuade me to walk in a forest alone! A platoon, please, pretty please... Enjoy the green! W.E.W.

Thank you Jenn🤭. Trusty iPhone. Am I the only one who detests replacing my digital devices? My iPhone is getting hinky but it’s quite a bit of work because the pc needs upgraded too and I’m researching minimalist phones so it I’d be moving away from apple lol that means cleaning up and saving photos ugh! Amiright?!

Yes. I feel the same. Ugh. I just got a new phone and I wanted a light phone, but I suppose they are kind of expensive for what they offer and…. Embarrassingly…. I do know how to work our PC very well. I use the phone for everything 😂

Me too smh I’m having trouble letting go aka being inconvenienced. Lol I’m a 60 year old wimp!

Yes, it is an inconvenience and life is so full of them already that it hardly seems prudent to add another 😂. I am also a wimp…

Staying on the weird and wild sci-fi, theme those first few images made me think of that X-Files episode "Detour." The thick greenery able to hide so much. That was such a great show.

On the serious side though, definitely need that Nature fix, even if it's simply looking at the trees and sky out the window.
