Most of us know by now that either geekle or the health/fitness/medical establishments are on crack. How can we assume otherwise when advice is all over the road like a mom looking for that fry she dropped in the car while racing down the freeway at 75 mph? Shit like this - carbs are good, carbs are bad, vegans live longer, vegans die weak and sickly, animal fat destroys your veins, new study shows replacing your blood with actual fat helps you live past 100, the latest ‘blue zone’ is stand up comedy, blah, blah, blah. Since the year’s half over, let’s get our heads on straight about Doctors’ advice, eating and diet habits, and how exercise “helps”.
***DISCLAIMER***
This is NOT medical advice. Medical advice is all lies and innuendo and there are definitely at least 1.5 facts hidden in this ‘Encyclopedia Britannica’ of water cooler healthy-human tidbits. Please consume responsibly. Please do NOT operate machinery after reading these and ALWAYS have a designated driver when you become punch-drunk on laughter.

Someone you know is overweight, underweight, healthy, unhealthy, eating right, not eating, or maybe (JUST MAYBE) confused about what works. Send them more fake advice from Bren’s Buzz. If they must be confused, at least they can laugh about it.
Love these. The xray fix! Haha. And the dryer. Maybe the wrinkle free spray works?
I really like the Sunday carbs. I can eat enough peach cobbler and ice cream to last a week!
