How’s Your Substack Summer? Mine’s all numbery and stuff.
I love this snapshot. Like the Polaroids of our childhoods we can instantly see what we’ve been up to. Also, I tend to be very analytical so geeking out a little on the numbers is fun too.
I mostly catch up on everything in the mornings before my IRL job, reading as much as I can. But I also explore A LOT. And I restack A LOT, much more than commenting. And I subscribe to almost 460 stacks. I’ve found the broader my tastes the more engagement I experience and since I follow about 1600 people my network is extremely large.
My recent first-time meme drop was a screaming success (thank you to my 23 new subscribers). Next for me is a ‘raycation’ where I’ll take several days off to deep dive on some authors and possibly write reviews, and a brand new podcast for which I’ll have some ‘coming soon’ info in the near future.
I’ve enjoyed EVERY minute of my 9 months here. Thank you all for being there to make this ride more fun.
