Dear Cori, thank you so much for the shoutout and for sharing my work alongside great company here. I've been sick, so this really cheered my sinuses up (🤧🥰). As Julie says, perhaps you are the binding mother 🙏🏻 oxox

The exact second the winter skin starts to crack is where the actual life begins. There is a specific, heavy gold in a spirit that finally stops bracing for the cold and starts breathing with the thaw. The marrow recognizes this frequency. Received, with so much warmth. 🌊✨

Such a classy group you speak of. All special in their own ways. All deserving of the recognition you give to them.

Thank you! This is a fun post, which genuinely draws interest to the many authors in a playful way! A very good idea. I feel like stealing it… ha ha, I won’t. 😅

Pssst… I’m a professional visual artist, and an art teacher in real life. Writing is just a hobby.🙈

Oh, aren’t you lovely? So often I reject ‘community’ in the internet sense, it can sound so fake sometimes, like a bunch of luvvies all plugging their own stuff. Certainly when I was on Twitter it felt like that - little circles of ‘it’ people and the rest just hanging on. But you make me realise there are lots of good genuine people on here with no ‘agenda’ other than just hanging out, trying to spread some cheer/share their gripes and have a bit of fun. Maybe you are the binding mother, the raising agent in the cake x

The forsythias are out, the daffodils are up, the cherries and pears are in full bloom: spring is getting a late start this year, in my corner.

P.S. Cori...a feast, as usual. I am not a photographing person and no skills there...but I profoundly enjoyed all these INCREDIBLE talents here on Substack! This place is truly an embarrassment of riches! Godspeed back to you, take good care, dear Cori, as we head for Easter. Wendy

What fun, Cori, you do know how to put a smile on my face! Thank you for including this Floridian among so many talented Substers celebrating what winter is all about .... SNOW.

I'll mention here, one night during the northern snowstorm, it reached 29 degrees down here! All of the blossoms on our bougainvillea turned black and dropped to the ground! Poor thing.

Ta Ta, old man Winter! Thank you again, Cori -- wishing you much love!
