Wednesday's Child is Full of Woe
Just kidding! Sunshine and memes will kick Wednesday's woes to the curb.

It’s Wednesday and sometimes that means a super-slump. So, I’m getting up to no good with memes to beat the mid-week, mid winter blues. Here’s the the long-awaited (by at least 3 subscribers) short-story sequel to Sunshine on Our Shoulders, linked below. I’ll keep this post short and sweet because we all know everyone wants to get to the laughs.
We’ve finally purchased and installed our glam pod ‘beta’, affectionately dubbed “Betty”. Betty is bigger and sunnier than our first pod, uniquely designed to bath us in depression-busting, vitamin D-producing sunshine. For those of us who get Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) sunshine AND laughter are natural antidotes. Betty lets in the sunshine but not the wind, rain, and icky weather. If you live in the northern hemisphere, shelters like Betty make pleasant back porch mini vacation spots where you can socialize, nap, or otherwise hang out in the sunshine to renew your vitamin D, spirits, and mood.

I’ve included a photo gallery at the end of this post with of some of our high temps in Betty so far this winter. Next to sunshine, napping, and exercise - laughter is likely the best free medicine on the planet. So here’s to you.
