Back to School, Again?!!
I ain't goin and you can't make me!
Ah, yes. It’s back to school season. When moms get drunk and take to the streets in a mostly peaceful protest….oh, wait. That’s a different story. Oh well. The moms and dads I know will be dancing in the streets because it’s time for those kiddos to rejoin their government prescribed propaganda-induced coma-like sit down and be quiet for the next 9 months camp, called school. You might LOVE it and they might hate it but some day they will look back with awe and nostalgia, mostly misremembered due to mind altering substances, at their school days as the “good ole days”. Everyone gets a turn wishing they knew then what they know now so I could bust that place wide open on a once in a lifetime joy ride to expulsion! Oh, sorry. You caught me monologuing. LOL. Anyhoo, it’s time for back to school memes. Get the champagne chillin peeps! 🎈

Come at me! Playgrounds used to be all metal and pavement, so I think I can take your word salad and break some biscuits. Oh, sorry. I guess I’ll just respond…

I still remember the trauma of being dropped off for Kindergarten. WHAT TF IS THIS!! as they shut the door. Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Cori, oh, good grief and gravy...the memories...."BACK TO SCHOOL"...as if there is joy in the aisles. I went to the same school building from 2nd grade to 7th grade, so at least there was continuity. The raccoons got me... that look... Growing and getting new clothes, hoping you got a good home room teacher... and I can just imagine the teachers plotting how to stay sane! Both my Pastors are also substitute teachers...and we always have some interesting stories told, especially at Wednesday prayer group!!! But...we all made it through, especially with elementary...and we still live and breathe and write stuff, don't we? Thanks for the laughter, I always need it! Blessings! Wendy
